BASEBALL

Faith, Focus and Fastballs

Honoring God, building team and pursuing excellence.

The baseball coaches at LHS believe it is an honor and a privilege to play and represent LHS. They concentrate on teaching the fundamental knowledge and skills of the game. At the varsity level they put greater emphasis on winning and hanging banners.

In the past six years, the Cougar baseball team has earned three district titles, one quarterfinal game, and one Final Four appearance in 2015, becoming one of the top Class 3 teams in the state before moving to Class 4 this year. The baseball program promotes “team first,” as well as a Christian attitude, honoring God in all that they do. Baseball has earned a winning tradition at LHS, an experience your son will not forget as he learns life skills from the game.
