The Lutheran Junior Cougar Program is where young athletes in the St. Charles and St. Louis metro area begin their journey—not just in sports, but in life. Open to elementary-aged students, our club-level teams compete with passion, learn with purpose and grow in faith.

We’re more than a feeder program. We’re a Christ-centered sports community focused on fundamentals, friendships and personal development. Our athletes build strong foundations in skills and teamwork that prepare them to thrive in high school athletics and beyond.

We believe a positive experience is the key to long-term participation, especially at younger ages. Our priority is to spark excitement and joy for the game in an environment where kids, parents and coaches all feel encouraged to have fun.

Build Character

Through accountability, teamwork, sportsmanship and spiritual growth, we help young athletes develop the life skills needed both in and out of competition. It’s never too early to build integrity, confidence and a strong sense of purpose.

Develop Players

Winning is important, but not at the expense of development. Our coaches focus on teaching proper fundamentals, eliminating bad habits and helping every player improve. Growth is the ultimate goal, both individually and as a team.
