Our mission is to provide young dancers with the opportunity to glorify God through dance while growing in confidence, character, and skill in a positive and encouraging environment. Through purposeful instruction and performance, we strive to develop each dancer not only in technique, rhythm, and performance, but also in teamwork, discipline, and self-expression.
We are excited to offer a program that supports both dancers and coaches by creating meaningful opportunities for growth on and off the floor. Our goal is to nurture a love for dance while building a strong foundation that prepares dancers for future opportunities.
Through this program, dancers will be guided and supported by dedicated coaches who are committed to developing each individual’s talents while fostering a team culture rooted in encouragement, excellence, and faith.

Team Goals
- Foster a supportive team environment where every dancer feels valued and encouraged.
- Develop strong fundamentals in technique, rhythm, and performance.
- Create a fun and engaging environment that fosters a love for dance.
- Encourage dancers to use their talents to glorify God.
Fees
- Registration fee: $250
- Additional fees will be sent out by coaches

Games & Competitions
- The Junior Gems will perform during halftime at the Junior Cougar Football Games at Lutheran High School.
- Games will be played on Saturday or Sunday mornings and early afternoons.
- Stay tuned for the schedule coming soon!
- The team will compete in 2-3 regional competitions in the winter.
Practices
- Team practices will be determined by the High School coaches.
