Whether you are prayerfully considering your first gift or are a regular supporter of Lutheran High, your stewardship helps LHS students Grow and Serve in Christ.
We know everyone’s stewardship journey is different—your personal connection to our ministry may be new or your giving capacity is in a season of change. That’s okay! Wherever you are, we invite you to explore how the stewardship of your time, talent, and treasure supports our students.
What is Stewardship?
The LCMS defines stewardship as the “free and joyous activity of the child of God… in managing all of life and life’s resources for God’s purposes.” It’s about more than a donation; it’s about managing the gifts He has given to us as his stewards.
The Abundance of God
We know our Lord provides all that we need. This belief gives us confidence to use the gifts He has entrusted to us to serve others.
Stirred up by Song
Hymns have a unique way of bringing Christian teaching into our hearts. The Lutheran Service Book (LSB 781-789) offers beautiful reflections on our responsibility to return our gifts to Him with thanks.

A Prayer for Our Mission
Lord, help us all, with You, to yield
Whatever love demands
And freely give, as You have giv’n,
With open hearts and hands.
