Building relationships
The Lutheran Roboteers (Team 4329) are more than just a robotics team. They’re a youth-driven innovation hub where tomorrow’s leaders collaborate, create and compete with skills that last far beyond graduation.
At LHS, groups like the Roboteers are about more than just science and design; they’re the foundation for authentic relationships. Students spend months collaborating, problem-solving, and competing, forging ties that remain strong years after graduation. These connections are a testament to the community we cultivate—a place where students are known, valued, and encouraged.
Roboteer reunion
Alumni, students, families, and supporters gathered to reconnect, share stories, and celebrate the lasting impact of the Roboteers program.
Building a legacy: honoring Dave Zilz
A highlight of the recent reunion was the special announcement of the newly named Dave Zilz Lutheran Roboteers Practice Area. This dedication serves as a fitting tribute and a lasting reminder of the contributions and commitment that have helped shape the Roboteers into what they are today.
Building the future
As we look forward to the next generation of innovators, we are thrilled to share progress on our physical campus. Thanks to the incredible generosity and stewardship shown through the Empowered by Christ campaign, the upcoming multipurpose building will feature a dedicated new practice space for the Roboteers.
During the intensive build season—where the team often meets six days a week—this new facility will provide the room our students need to innovate, collaborate, and continue building the future. We are truly blessed by the support of our LHS family!
