Coach Ben O’Day
With 27 years of coaching experience, Coach O’Day has led athletes at the grade school, high school, and collegiate levels while also serving as an assistant coach for the USA Volleyball Youth and Junior National Team programs. As a collegiate athlete at Columbia College, Ben helped his team capture an NAIA National Championship.
Today, Ben serves as the High School Age Director for St. Louis High Performance, where he also continues to coach and develop elite volleyball athletes.
Ben and his wife, Erin, are proud members of the Lutheran High family. They have four daughters, including one LHS alumna currently attending Missouri Western State University, two current Lutheran High students, and their youngest attends Zion Lutheran School.
With strong ties to our school and a passion for developing student-athletes, Coach O’Day is excited to grow the Girls Volleyball program and build on its tradition of excellence.
