09.15.2017 | PLANNING STUDY

LHS is conducting a comprehensive survey of the entire school community. The purpose of the survey is to help gauge support for the following projects:

  • New classroom addition (space for STEM, science lab and music)
  • New gymnasium, lobby and locker rooms
  • New bathrooms/concessions accessible to stadium and gymnasium
  • Renovate PE locker rooms into a food service area
  • Renovate current gymnasium into new commons space
  • Refurbish current space (classrooms, commons, office and media center)

We would like to thank everyone who has already participated in the study. Your thoughts are extremely valuable to us during this planning process. If you have not completed the survey yet, please do so by September 25 using the button below. Click on Lutheran High School and enter the password Lutheran. Your input will help us make an informed decision regarding our long-range plans for LHS.

Parents may sign up to meet with teachers on Thursday, September 21, from 2:00-5:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm. Use this link to schedule conferences.

10.18.2017 | German Students Arrive

The LHS German Department is part of the Sister Cities program with a school in Ludwigsburg, Germany, and students from the schools visit each other on a regular basis.  This fall, we have the privilege of hosting friends from Germany for two weeks.  They will visit local sites and spend time at LHS during the day. Host families are needed! You do not need to be in German classes to participate.  Contact Dr. Conkling if interested.
